Instruments with incandescent lamp, fluorescent, halogen or light-emitting semiconductor optoelectronic irradiators are widely used as sources of optical radiation in this area. When creating agricultural devices from them, light-emitting semiconductor optoelectronic devices are considered to withstand competition with performance, energy efficiency and other physical characteristics.
