摘要

最佳员工选拔信息系统是组织或公司用来支持选拔过程和选拔最佳员工或员工的信息系统。本研究以能力、纪律、绩效、责任为标准,运用多属性效用理论(MAUT)方法作为决策考量,选取最优秀的员工。MAUT方法的计算结果表明,代表Handoko获得的最佳员工推荐值为0.7705,排名为1。第2名是Yessi,值为0.502;第3名是Galuh,值为0.2512;第4名是Jenni,值为0.1991;第5名是Wahyu,值为0.1742。
