Restriction of the freedom of economic activity in the light of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland

The purpose of the study is to present the problem of limiting the freedom of economic activity in the light of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland. The problematic is of both theoretical and practical significance. On the basis of the quoted jurisprudence of the Constitutional Tribunal, the final conclusions are formulated.
