The study used 70 respondents as a sample. Data collection technique using survey methods by distributing questionnaires which then processed with SmartPLS version 3. This research used descriptive and explanatory analysis. The result obtained from PLS analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between perceived organizational support and self efficacy on work engagement. 摘要

本研究的目的是:1)找出组织支持感、自我效能感、2)了解组织支持感对员工工作投入度的影响3)了解自我效能感对员工工作投入度的影响4)了解组织支持感和自我效能感对员工工作投入度的影响该研究以70名受访者为样本。数据收集技术使用调查方法,通过分发问卷,然后用SmartPLS版本3处理。本研究采用描述性和解释性分析相结合的方法。PLS分析结果显示,组织支持感和自我效能感对工作投入有显著的正向影响。感知组织支持和自我效能变量能够影响PT Bhumi Bhakti Sukses Persada员工的工作投入,感知组织支持变量对工作投入的t统计值为(3,638 > 1.96),显著值为(0.000 < 0.005),自我效能变量对工作投入的t统计值为(2,876 > 1.96),显著值为(0.004 < 0.05)。而组织支持感和工作投入自我效能感的t统计值为(21,990 bb0 1.96),显著性值为(0.000 < 0.05)。关键词:组织支持感,自我效能感,工作投入,员工
