The fully relativistic multi-configuration Dirac-Fock method taking into account both the correlations within the n = 4 complex and the QED effects has been used for the calculations. The obtained results are compared to those done by Hartree-Fock method and agree well with recent electron-beam ion-trap measurements. This has led to an accurate determination of scaling factors for the Slater and spin-orbit integrals calculated by the Hartree - Fock method. Predicted wavelengths and line strengths are given for Ag XIV.
