摘要

在日温度为18至24°C的炎热季节,6种埃及昆虫病原性线虫在水悬浮液中的存活率和传染性各不相同。AS1分离物10 d后平均存活率最高(87%),对mellonella幼虫的传染性最高(90%)。当线虫与100 × 106多面体包体/ml的细胞质多角体病毒共存时,该病毒在铁纹线虫幼虫体内繁殖并杀死了铁纹线虫幼虫,随着病毒悬液的增加,线虫的生存受到不利的渐进式影响。在所测试的浓度中,等于线虫大小五分之一的病毒悬浮液和病毒悬浮液对线虫综合防治红棕榈象鼻虫的活性最好。
