The decision corresponds to the requirements of the architecture specifications. Furthermore, most of the decision may have dependency between components. However, only some research devoted to address the quality attributes. In this paper, we propose a new approach that hybrid the Analytical Network Process to model the decision, which addressed the quality attributes. In our method, first, the software component derives from the feature model by the domain expert. Then, groups the components to specific quality attributes. Subsequently, models the dependency of quality attributes in the ANP model.
