摘要

采用基于梯形递推卷积技术的时域有限差分方法,对三维存根型等离子体滤波器进行了分析。计算出三维滤波器的峰值透过率为50%,而二维滤波器的峰值透过率大于90%。为了提高三维滤波器的透射率,我们在短段插入了介电材料。结果表明,在短段填充SiC后,其透过率可提高到80%以上。
