摘要

本研究旨在确定企业社会责任(CSR)对企业价值的影响,以2014-2019年期间在印度尼西亚证券交易所(IDX)上市的制造业公司的机构所有权和管理层所有权为调节变量。研究样本使用的数据是2014-2019年期间在IDX上市的制造业公司的年度报告。抽样过程中使用的方法是有目的抽样技术,而本研究中使用的模型是随机效应模型方法的面板数据。研究结果表明,企业社会责任对企业价值的影响并不显著。机构所有权作为调节变量不能调节企业社会责任与企业价值的关系。同时,管理层持股对企业社会责任与企业价值之间的关系具有调节作用,但具有弱化作用。
