Based on the analysis model of teaching materials and Interpretative Structural Model (ISM), this paper analyzes and evaluates the curriculum standards and teaching materials of compulsory education in China from the perspective of CSE. It reveals that the contents of CSE mainly appear in the 19 curriculum standards as well as in the teaching objectives, contents, practice activities and compiling elements of teaching materials.
