The method which applies intelligent fuzzy control on Chinese medicine extraction process is proposed. The key factors which influence the pressure in extraction tank are concluded in the basis of analysing water extraction process of Chinese medicine. The design of fuzzy controller is also completed. According to the characteristics of PLC, the fuzzy control is successfully used in PLC. From the simulation results, the fuzzy control is superior to that of the traditional PID control.
