摘要

研究发现,由于热循环或振动引起的微动腐蚀,汽车连接器中镀锡触点的接触电阻增大。本研究通过建立测量条件,获得镀锡触点微动腐蚀痕迹上的接触电阻分布,以明确接触电阻与氧化形成的关系。因此,在EDX分析测量的氧气浓度较高的区域,接触电阻的测量值也趋于较高。根据接触线处的接触电阻分布,通过静电场分析估算了整个接触线的接触电阻。这些分析结果与微动腐蚀接触电阻的实验结果基本一致。
