First, it introduces the computer pharmacology methods with virtual screening technology, various omics technologies and network pharmacology as the main content in recent years and their applications in the field of Chinese medicine research; combined with research and practice, the computer pharmacology method is used to analyze the treatment of chronic Chinese medicine. The progress of the effective components and mechanism of liver disease was reviewed.
