Sensorless methods have become very fascinating for industrial users, as these inhibit several advantages over sensor based methods. In this paper, a Model Reference Adaptive System (MRAS) has been implemented for speed estimation of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) Drive and the performance has been analyzed for various speed and load torque values.
