摘要

智能计量开关主要用于实现配电线路的正常接通和断开,提供短路、过载和断开保护功能,有效控制电能计量箱中电能表的精度。由于智能测量开关的通信协议和测试方法没有发布,导致产品的互连交换效果较差。针对上述问题,本文首先分析了基于DL/T 645的协议扩展中存在的问题,然后提出了基于DL/T 698.45的协议扩展设计,并设计了协议一致性和互操作性测试用例,为实现智能测量开关的互联互通提供了可行的技术参考。
