摘要

研究不同手术方式对血清游离脂肪酸水平的影响。手术过程中，动脉硬化、胆石症患者及肥胖患者的FFA水平均显著升高，功能亢进性肿瘤患者的FFA水平则明显降低。个别脂肪酸在这些疾病中也表现出特征性的变化。在手术的影响下，动脉硬化患者的饱和脂肪酸水平也显著升高。
