摘要

NiTi形状记忆合金(NiTi- sma)线切割加工(WEDM)的表面质量和材料去除率受放电电流、脉冲宽度、冲洗压力等因素的影响。本文进行了一系列单变量实验分析。基于传热场和流场理论,建立了NiTi-SMA线切割加工过程的数值模型。结合实验和仿真结果,得到了各工艺参数对材料去除率和表面质量的影响规律。放电电流和脉冲宽度是影响表面质量和材料去除率的主要因素。冲洗压力是造成排放坑分布不对称的原因。
