Further study on this issue is important as it might relate to other diseases. Early detection might be able to prolong brain health in people and prevent the fast progression on neurology illness. Segmentation of image is very useful in medical applications to diagnose any abnormalities in the image. There are three step involved in these process which are preprocessing, segmentation and volume quantification. Segmentation of WMH is done by using W2MHS toolbox and the result is then being compared with LST.
