摘要

采用LMS振动试验系统试验和ANSYS软件仿真两种方法对滚筒洗衣机箱体的模态进行了研究,结果吻合较好。两种方法得到的机柜固有频率误差均不大于6.1%。给定的箱体结构由于低刚度导致变形非常明显,从而引起共振。在相同的电机激励下,从侧板到后盖和上盖的固有频率和变形位置可以改变,结构由垂直槽改进为环形槽。仿真是研究振动特性的可靠方法。
