摘要

. 介绍了一种轻质石膏基材料的制备方法。采用原料发泡原理,利用铝粉在Ca(OH) 2水溶液中的腐蚀反应,在物料中释放出氢来制造加气蒸压混凝土。该工作的独创性是利用金属废料的微波熔化和浓氮射流的熔体雾化生成粉末铝的方法。产品密度在530- 600kg / m3之间,抗压强度在1.2-2.2 MPa之间,与加气蒸压混凝土相似,应用领域相同,但能耗低。
