摘要

在电力系统恢复过程中,主要问题是确定黑启动机组,为机组提供起动功率,并为黑启动机组发电机提供充足的启动时间。在延迟停电恢复过程中会出现许多问题。针对电动汽车充电站作为黑启动单元向非黑启动单元提供启动功率所面临的问题,提出了相应的解决方案。利用虚拟仪器技术开发智能集成系统,并在正常状态和恢复状态下进行测试的情况很少。
