在兔(实验组)血液中碳酸浓度升高的条件下,机体对氨氮的利用增强,同时血液中酮酸水平以及肝组织中游离氨基酸和尿素水平升高。在这些动物中与对照组相比血液和肝脏组织中的谷氨酰胺含量降低;肝组织中α -戊二酸和谷氨酸水平升高,丙酮酸水平降低。肝脏和肾脏细胞质的还原能力也有所增加。
