The use of an information system for managing organizational memory improves the precision, the recall, the completeness and the feedback. With the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), the centralized organization is turned into a networked organization. This implies a very different report of data, documents and knowledge and a new vision of the role of information technology in the organization. All these different technologies as to be taken into account into the information system. Thus the system moves towards a System of Information Systems. In our work we made the choice to link these different systems in one hand by a leader system and the other hand to use an ontology to manage the interoperability of the constituent systems and the leader system. We defined a semantic model of SoIS and an architecture dedicated. Based on this work, we developed a prototype called MEMORAeSoIS.
