Based on these results of system analysis, problems and shortcomings of the processes of functioning of energy systems were identified, to eliminate which the creation and application of intelligent information systems in the energy sector were proposed. In this paper, the principles and requirements for the creation and application are formed, and a block diagram of an enlarged algorithm for the formation of management decisions in an intelligent information energy system is developed, which shows the functional relationships between databases, knowledge and tasks of management processes.
