For this purpose, I selected 80 English language teachers from sixteen campuses of Rupandehi. I used quantitative survey research design for the study. I collected data through closed-ended questionnaire only. This investigation demonstrates the satisfactory experiences of English language teachers in using ICT in online teaching. Use of ICT can facilitate and make teaching easier maximizing the learner autonomy, transferring traditional mode of teaching in learning English. Lack of basic ICT knowledge and skills, the digital divide, and students' laziness were some of the challenges of using ICT. 摘要

2019冠状病毒病大流行后,在线学习取代了传统的面对面教学。在2019冠状病毒病大流行期间,教育是受影响最大的领域之一。本研究旨在调查大学英语教师在网络教学中使用ICT的经验。本研究旨在考察教师在在线教学模式中使用ICT工具的感知利益和挑战。为此,我从鲁班迪的16个校区挑选了80名英语教师。本研究采用定量调查研究设计。我只通过封闭式问卷收集数据。本调查显示了英语教师在网络教学中使用信息通信技术的满意体验。信息通信技术的使用可以促进和简化教学,最大限度地提高学习者的自主性,在英语学习中转移传统的教学模式。缺乏基本的信息通信技术知识和技能、数字鸿沟以及学生的懒惰是使用信息通信技术的一些挑战。此外,在在线教学中使用信息通信技术可以帮助学习者按照自己的节奏学习;通过扩展学习系统中资源的获取,提供一个新的学习平台。
