摘要

采用自结构化问卷法、耳镜法、纯音测听法进行数据收集和分析,采用SPSS 20.0版本。结果:研究显示噪音引起的听力损失有39例(10.3%),以中度听力损失为主。噪声性听力损失与年龄(P=0.012)、性别(P=0.000)、耳鸣持续时间、耳鸣部位(P <0.001)、耳鸣次数(P= 0.04)相关。但与耳鸣类型无关(p=0.25)。结论:噪声性听力损失与耳鸣有显著相关性,发病率39例(10.3%)
