This paper designs a novel multi-agent cross matching (MCM) continuous double auction mechanism to maximize the overall benefit of the transportation market and improve resource utilization. We first establish the probability function of quotation according to the historical effective information of the transportation service market, and transform the discrete probability function into a continuous function by the cubic spline interpolation method to solve the more accurate optimal quotation. Then we find the optimal matching scheme according to the price advantage principle and establish a mathematical model for calculating the total market benefits.
