摘要

中国每年因压载水外来物种入侵造成的经济损失高达1000亿元人民币。为船舶配备快速有效的压载水处理系统是极其重要的。本文以船舶压载水为研究对象,介绍了船舶压载水处理装置的常用方法及存在的问题。针对这些问题或不足,从船舶压载水处理装置的设计要求出发,利用AutoCAD2017软件设计了一种船舶压载水处理装置,并对其工作原理和主要部件进行了介绍。设计了以PLC为下位机,LabVIEW为上位机的自动监控系统。结果表明,该装置具有较高的实用性和可行性。
