摘要

本文考虑一个具有两个异构服务器的马尔可夫队列系统。当系统处于忙模式时,系统发生故障。系统立即进行修复。修复完成后,系统要么进入可选修复模式,要么根据伯努利调度进入繁忙模式。假设维修次数服从泊松过程,维修周期服从指数分布。用矩阵分析法对模型进行了稳态求解。得到了一些性能指标和数值结果。
