摘要

自动发电控制(AGC)是现代电力系统自动控制的基本要求。目前,参与AGC的火电机组对AGC负荷需求响应缓慢是存在的一个严重问题,这使得电力系统AGC控制性能较差。耀盟1号机组和2号机组均为直通式锅炉,其炉机协调控制系统(CCS)采用增量状态观测器与常规PID控制相结合的方法,CCS与AGC的连接逻辑采用本文所示方案。通过采用CCS与AGC的连接逻辑,可以在AGC模式下实现预加煤功能,保证了对机组AGC负荷需求的快速响应,并通过两台机组AGC调整试验的趋势曲线充分证明了这一观点。
