Most of published researches on congestion management were investigated without considering the demand elasticity of the load. A congestion management approach taking the demand elasticity into account is proposed in this paper. The Optimal Power Flow tool is used to determine the congestion relief action and the power transfer distribution factor matrix is introduced with the demand elasticity. 摘要
