摘要

前言:目的是比较全髋关节置换术中前路和外侧入路引起的组织损伤。方法:前瞻性队列研究,比较采用前路或外侧入路的全髋关节置换术患者。通过血清白介素、肿瘤坏死因子、急性期反应物水平和磁共振成像评估组织损伤。用Harris髋关节量表评估功能。结果:外侧入路早期组织损伤参数明显较高,但在术后30天内基本持平。3个月和12个月的功能结局无显著差异。结论:虽然侧入路术后早期组织损伤较大,但两种入路短期功能结局和恢复速度相似。
