摘要

本研究的目的是提出一种基于Android平台的车牌识别方法,并利用开源可视化库OpenCV实现。首先介绍了车牌识别的过程,然后讨论了车牌定位、车牌标定、字符分割和字符识别的实现方法。车牌识别抗干扰性强,适用于多种场合,实验结果表明,准确率较高。
