摘要

利用γ辐照Cd1-xFexS (x=0.05)薄膜的透射光谱,研究了γ辐照对薄膜光学性能和色散参数的影响。结果表明,Cd1-xFexS薄膜的光学性能受γ辐照的影响较大。光学吸收光谱表明其吸收机制为直接允许跃迁。光能隙随辐照剂量的增加而增大。随着辐照剂量的增加,光学常数的取值受到明显的影响。
