摘要

本文给出了部分研究成果。研究结果表明,该锅炉在运行状态(目前)的效率为79.32%,与运行状态(效率高达88.51%)相比,效率下降了9.19%。分析锅炉效率下降的因素之一是对换热过程的影响很大,因为如果锅炉管道上有污垢或结皮,结垢,就会导致换热过程减少,从而使换热速率降低,也会影响锅炉的热损失量。
