摘要

目前自由师范生教育技术能力的培养是基于短期的正规课程,没有形成长效的培养机制。本文将非正式学习理论引入到教育技术能力培养过程中,试图改变教育技术能力培养存在的弊端。本文分析了利用非正式学习提高自由师范生教育技术能力的优势,构建了基于非正式学习理论的教育技术能力提高模型,设计了个体非正式学习和群体非正式学习两种非正式学习模式。本文最后提出了具体实施的相关策略。
