摘要

对20例成人型糖尿病患者和10例健康对照者在基础条件下、葡萄糖负荷后和给药后的胰岛素血症、血糖和游离酸浓度进行了测定。经静脉注射基础胰岛素后,对照组胰岛素水平下降,但无统计学意义,而糖尿病患者胰岛素水平无明显变化。在注射和口服葡萄糖后,在对照组中观察到有统计学意义的胰岛素血症下降,而在糖尿病患者中则没有。两组注射内酯对糖负荷前后血糖均无显著影响。在两组中,游离脂肪酸的水平都显著下降,而茚三酮对其没有影响。
