摘要

本文首先介绍了嵌入式系统可靠性的本质。通过引入嵌入式系统的故障率、可靠性和平均无故障时间等特性,分析了嵌入式系统的可靠性,并建立了单系统、串联系统和并联系统的可靠性模型。用Simulink软件对所建立的模型进行了仿真。最后,仿真和实例验证结果表明,为了提高嵌入式系统的可靠性和延长系统的使用寿命,串并联混合结构是非常必要的。
