Despite the reached results of researches in this area, the general scientific bases of analysis and synthesis of robust (steady) IT of the distributed remote control of MSE products didn’t gain now due development that affects the efficiency and quality of management of the existing group of spacecrafts, and also launch of new products by means of accelerating blocks. 摘要

. 对导弹和航天设备(MSE)的副产品——远程控制和遥控的一些现有信息技术(IT)的系统分析结果进行了考虑。讨论了21世纪航天事业发展需要保证MSE产品在各种情况下的实时可持续管理的问题,提高了信息化处理水平。它更多地涉及使用信息技术的特殊用途空间系统和分布式信息系统的软件。尽管这方面的研究取得了一定的成果,但由于目前的发展还没有形成分布式远程控制产品鲁棒(稳态)IT分析与综合的一般科学基础,影响了现有航天器组的管理效率和质量,也影响了加速块新产品的推出。基于管理对象自动化远程控制的分布式分类和结果鲁棒估计的方法基础、模型和复杂算法,提出了实现MSE产品操作鲁棒远程控制的方法。
