摘要

随着系统从手动转向自动,世界各地的技术也在不断发展。本文是关于控制电器的智能控制面板。器具本质上有电感式、电阻式和电容式。感应型主要是电动机。三相异步电动机由于具有起动功率小、维护成本低等优点,在世界范围内的整个电力系统中有着广泛的应用,是一种最常见的电机类型。从经济和延长使用寿命的角度出发,为其提供可行的条件,以最佳的智能保护技术进行优化运行是非常必要的,本文主要是通过MATLAB/SIMULINK对异步电动机的故障进行分析,结合传统和物联网的方法,对自动和手动两种方法进行优化保护,并根据保护工程师对各种负载的要求,使其完全可控。这里使用的控制元件是振动和温度感应,采用基于物联网的远程数据采集技术进行自动保护,以及使用选择开关进行自动和手动操作的手动控制,以及用于保护目的的模制外壳断路器。
