摘要

产业联盟的核心创新优势是提升产业自主创新能力的基础和方向。本文首先分析了产业联盟的分类及相应的产业创新功能定位,然后设计了基于产业联盟的产业自主创新能力提升路径。其次,构建产业联盟核心创新优势识别指标体系,量化标准和规则,构建产业自主创新能力提升路径选择框架;最后,以黑龙江省新材料产业重点区域为例,对优化路径选择进行了实证研究。总体而言,本研究旨在为通过产业联盟提升产业自主创新能力提供理论和方法指导。
