BEMS owns obvious Internet of Things features. Then, this paper puts forward the concept of the internet of building energy systems (IBES), and demonstrates the theoretical frame and function of each layer. IBES would establish the industry standards which are based on the Internet of Things in the building energy field, and suit for building energy management. With the support of IBES, the corresponding diagnosis can be feed back after analyzing the data. 摘要

为了解决大型公共建筑能耗高的严重问题,近年来全国各地建立了大量的建筑能耗监测系统(BEMS)。物联网在建筑领域的应用必将提高建筑自动控制技术的功能,改变建筑设备系统的监控现状。BEMS具有明显的物联网特性。然后,本文提出了建筑能源系统互联网(IBES)的概念,并对各层的理论框架和功能进行了论证。IBES将在建筑能源领域建立基于物联网的、适合建筑能源管理的行业标准。在IBES的支持下,分析数据后可以反馈相应的诊断。最后,介绍了数据库的功能和软件的组成。
