However, most of the e-LMS are developed for offline or online desktops. The objective of the proposed mobile learning management system (m-LMS) is to provide the flexibility of accessing and managing course materials at anywhere and anytime, making learning even more widely available. The m-LMS is equipped with many functions to allow for various related multimedia documents such as text, image, audio, and video to be uploaded, edited, deleted, tagged, and searched among the university students.
