According to the proposed method, micro stripe and micro dot pattern coating are achieved in our experiment, which verifies the effectiveness of the method. 摘要

研究微图案的包膜方法对研究细胞尺度下的生物生长具有重要意义。为了避免传统涂层方法微加工成本高,同时提高柔性,提出了一种基于显微注射系统的新型涂层方法。与传统的微注射不同的是,控制压力只是为了保持注射吸管中溶液的平衡,而利用溶液与基材之间尖端的界面力来驱出溶液进行涂层。根据所提出的方法,在实验中实现了微条纹和微网点图案涂层,验证了该方法的有效性。同时,神经干细胞(NSCs)的生长和分布控制结果验证了该涂层方法的实际应用价值。
