摘要

张力控制的好坏直接影响到卷绕产品的质量。张力控制的好坏直接影响到卷绕产品的质量。为了满足结构、成本和精度的要求,目前大多数卷绕系统都采用跳轮间接张力控制。针对这一目标,本文通过对卷绕过程的分析和张力控制的数学建模,设计了基于西门子314 PLC和S120变频器的直接控制系统。该系统采用直接闭环张力控制方案,将张力问题转化为对电机转速的控制。该张力控制系统具有非常友好的人机对话界面,操作方便,可靠性高,显著提高了物料缠绕张力的控制精度,可广泛应用于物料缠绕行业的实际生产中。
