Second, the mean scores of the core competencies were higher in both the overall mean and sub-scores of the core competencies when theoretical training and on-site lecture practice were combined than when only theoretical training was provided in the comparison activity. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨社工专业学生在参加生命尊重教育讲师培训课程后,其核心能力的变化。采用前测后测的实验设计,对某社区学院社会工作专业20名本科生进行研究。第一,参与尊重生命教育指导员培训项目的大学生的核心能力从项目前到项目后都有所提高,说明该项目对提高大学生的核心能力是有效的。第二,对比活动中,理论培训与现场授课实践相结合时,核心能力的总体平均分和分项得分均高于仅进行理论培训时。在此基础上,对社工学生的各种课外活动的发展、实施和方法提出了建议。
