摘要

自动化太阳能电池工艺线由卡带搬运机器人、玻璃搬运机器人、真空机器人等各类太阳能电池衬底搬运机器人组成。本文以梁式太阳能电池基板运输机器人为研究对象,给出了其运动仿真模型的设计过程。利用Matlab/Simulink和SimMechanics建立了梁式机器人的仿真模型。基于单航迹时间运动生成轨迹,并利用仿真模型对跟踪性能进行预测。
