First, we introduce the basic structure of the “three-stage and two-type” talent training system, which cultivates students through three levels according to the difficulty, and divides students into two development directions according to students' interests. Then we explore the multi-level practice teaching mode under the system of “three-stage and two-type”. Based on the provincial experimental platform, provincial project center and practice base, we form a multi-level and diversified practice teaching environment. 摘要

以培养面向社会的研究型、应用型创新人才为目标,提出了具有综合性大学特色的本科生“三阶段两型”人才培养体系,并对该体系下的多层次实践教学模式进行了研究。首先,介绍了“三阶段两型”人才培养体系的基本结构,即根据难度分三个层次培养学生,并根据学生的兴趣将学生划分为两个发展方向。然后探索了“三阶段两型”体系下的多层次实践教学模式。以省级实验平台、省级项目中心和实践基地为依托,形成多层次、多元化的实践教学环境。我们的研究目标是提高电子信息专业学生的基础分析、工程设计、综合应用和科研能力,成为实践型、创新型人才。
