摘要

提出了一种新的电弧故障检测方法,并对该方法的检出率和安全等级进行了评价。该方法是在分析三相不平衡电流,馈线3I/sub 0/的基础上,利用小波变换技术对信号进行分解。结合时域和频域特性,建立了检测高阻抗故障电弧存在的判据。用分阶段故障记录、正常状态记录和变电站事件记录的信号对该方法进行了测试。试验结果表明,该方法是一种令人满意的故障检测方法。
