摘要

本文提出了一种估计高维数据集固有维数的新方法。该方法基于邻域图,计算每个数据点的邻域非负权重系数,重构系数中占主导地位的正权重的个数作为数据集固有维数的忠实指南。该方法不需要对数据分布进行参数假设,在流形学习的一般框架下易于实现。在多个合成数据集和实际数据集上的实验结果表明了该方法的有效性。
